Kids - WingTsun
From birth, children are constantly protected and guarded. As they develop, they learn individual tasks
– such as eating and drinking or brushing your teeth, in order to prevent damage to your health.
At kindergarten or school age, parents take further measures to protect their children from possible dangers.
Swimming or traffic lessons contribute to safety.
But one thing is forgotten far too often! What about the possible threat from other people?
If the first arguments can be made positive, the chance that the child will continue through life with increased self-confidence increases. But if it experiences this negatively, it may slip into the role of victim, insecure and fearful.

Once a week on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m
from 6 years
WingTsun is an excellent way for children to defend themselves, build self-confidence and improve their physical and mental abilities. It is a sensible investment in the child's future.
WingTsun offers a number of benefits for children that go beyond pure self-defense:
Self-defense:
WingTsun teaches children efficient self-defense techniques and strategies that are not based on muscle strength or size.
Concentration and discipline:
WingTsun promotes the ability to concentrate and discipline by teaching children to focus on tasks and pursue goals.
Self-assertion:
Through WingTsun, children strengthen their self-confidence and their ability to set their own limits, which leads to greater resilience.
Coordination and motor skills:
The practice improves children's body control and movement sequences
Social skills:
Children learn to act in groups, which strengthens their social skills.
WingTsun aims to teach children the skills of self-defense, with an emphasis on de-escalation and conflict avoidance, not the use of force.
The training is suitable for children aged 6 and over and is specifically adapted to their needs and abilities.
It is designed to be playful and age-appropriate, with the basics of WingTsun taught in an entertaining and motivating way. In this context, children learn to defend themselves in dangerous situations, to free themselves from them and to avoid conflicts.
The goals of our violence prevention courses:
Draw boundaries, guard, defend
Neither become a victim nor a perpetrator
Help others
Appear confidently
Accept challenges
With Kids-WingTsun, children (6-12 years) can build self-confidence and discover
that treating others with respect is a sign of strength.
